The history of the Omega Seamaster range of watches is legendary, introduced in 1948. Ever since then the Seamaster collection has been iconic and instantly recognised as a professional dive watch. 
 
To celebrate its role as the Official Timekeeper of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, OMEGA produced this special commemorative model. It has the same stainless steel 42mm case which inside beats the incredible Master Co-Axial 8800 movement. This is a Master Chronometer certified watch, which surpasses COSC specifications, being certified by METAS to become a Master Chronometer. The movement truly is a work of art as well as being an incredibly robust workhorse, with a 55hr power reserve. 
 
This comemorative piece is mounted with a blue ceramic bezel with a contrasting white enamel diving scale and a stunning polished white ceramic dial with laser-engraved waves, along with blued indexes and hands, and the famous Seamaster name highlighted in red.
 
The NAIAD Lock caseback reveals a Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games emblem decorated on the sapphire crystal caseback. Behind the glass, you’ll find the earlier referenced OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8800.
